Registration Process

Note: You can return to Partner Registration at any time to update your profile or review the Terms & Conditions.

Sign into the Office System Solutions Directory (OSSD), create or update your OSSD profile:

      1. In the Office System Solutions Directory, click Sign In.

      2. Complete your OSSD profile if you have not already done so. The OSSD profile consists of:
             a. Company overview
             b. Company logo
             c. Company type and region
             d. Office solutions
             e. Packaged services

      3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Add New or Update Existing Registration.

Add Desktop Deployment Planning Services (DDPS) as a Packaged Service Offer:

      1. In Available Packaged Service Types, select Desktop Deployment Planning Services.

   Continue to complete your DDPS packaged service profile.

      2. Click Add Supported Location to add the location(s) in which you are willing to
          deliver customer engagements.

      3. Enter the location (Country required) and Email address (required)

      4. Customer Segment: Select the size of customer you want to engage and offer DDPS to.

      5. Service Levels: Select the DDPS engagement type you want to deliver.

      6. Select your supported languages.

      7. Upload your logo

Agree to two sets of Terms and Conditions and Submit your registration:

      1. Click View and accept Terms & Conditions for Packaged Service Providers.

      2. Once you read the Terms and Conditions, click I Accept the Terms & Conditions
          for Packaged Service Providers
. You must scroll through the document to the end
          to click I accept the Terms & Conditions for This Packaged Service Type.

       These Terms and Conditions include:
 
 
  • Program Participation
  • Scope of Work
  • Program Deliverables
  • Terms of Payment and Payment Rates

Microsoft recommends that you print both sets of contract terms. You can review these terms and conditions at anytime by re-entering the registration process. Microsoft also recommends that you review the rates defined within the Terms & Conditions prior to conducting engagements and reserving vouchers as these are reviewed on a quarterly basis and are subject to change.

3. To complete the DDPS registration, click Submit Registration at the bottom of the page.

On the Thank You page, click View Listing Page to view your partner company listed as a packaged service provider after you have been approved.

Microsoft approves your eligibility as a DDPS provider

Microsoft will e-mail approval to the administrator of the partner account in your organization within five business days.

Approval > You will receive an “Approved” email acknowledging your acceptance as an approved DDPS provider. Your profile will appear in the Packaged Services Provider Directory and customers will be able to locate you there.

Pending > You will receive a “Pending” email acknowledging your DDPS registration and informing you of additional steps required to become an approved DDPS provider. Typically you will receive this email if your organization does not meet the partner program requirements.

How to attach your Windows Live ID to your MSPP organization
  1. Go to https://partners.microsoft.com/partnerprogram/Welcome.aspx  prerequisites, Software Assurance Benefits, and Packaged Services.

  2. Sign in to the Partner Membership Center using a Windows Live ID.
     
  3. Click Associate as an Individual.
     
  4. Type your organization’s Name. Choose location or Domain address or Microsoft Partner Program ID.
     
  5. Click Find My Organization, and then click to select your organization.
     
  6. Click Associate to this Organization.
     
  7. Type your e-mail address (Windows Live ID) and your first and last name, and then click Submit.
