Delivery Evaluation Form

After reserving the voucher, the partner can now discuss how to proceed with the
engagement and set the scope of work for the DDPS engagement
based on the engagement type the partner will be providing
(1, 3, 5, 10 or 15-day).
To update or modify the DDPS
engagement types the Partner provides, return to
DDPS registration and update the customer segment,
service level, and so forth. See detailed registration steps
here.

The partner must first validate and then reserve the
Packaged Services voucher in the Voucher Validation & Redemption
tool (VVR) by providing the Voucher ID and email address of
the customer's Packaged Services Contact. The Voucher ID and email address
of the Packaged Services Contact are included in the
invitation email sent to the customer upon voucher
activation.
- If the partner does not validate the customer's voucher, it may
have already been used or is no longer valid.
- If the partner does not immediately reserve the voucher in VVR
after validating, the voucher is still available for other
partners to reserve.
To get started, visit the VVR site at
https://vvr.microsoft.com and follow the instructions in
the following document:
How to use the Voucher Validation
and Redemption tool.

The partner has now successfully reserved the voucher and
can begin executing on the service engagement. If the
partner has
not already done so, they can view the Readiness and Training section
of this site to
view technical readiness and engagement materials available
to successfully deliver the DDPS engagement to the customer.
The partner provides a Delivery Evaluation form to the
customer at the end of the engagement to receive feedback on
their performance. This is not a required deliverable for
payment.
