New for FY09, the Distinguished DDPS Partner Program was created to recognize partners who show an ongoing commitment to performing DDPS engagements and who demonstrate excellence with desktop deployment for customers worldwide. Qualified partners who offer desktop deployment services are able to leverage proven Microsoft tools, methods and technologies to help gain competitive advantage, develop ongoing infrastructure optimization opportunities, expand their service and product offerings to customers, and increase profit margins by lowering their sales costs.

Achieving Distinguished DDPS Partner Status
To achieve Distinguished DDPS status, a partner must achieve the following:
Deliver 25 or more DDPS engagements annually (July through June)
Ensure certification of at least 3 consultants
Develop 2 case studies per year
Deploy Windows Vista® and Microsoft® Office 2007 within your organization
Align with Office Deployment Specialization and/or Windows Desktop Specialization
How to Qualify
Begin working within your own organization to ensure satisfaction of the above requirements The submission process will commence November 1st. Submissions must be received by May 31st to be considered. Distinguished DDPS Partners will be awarded at WPC 2009.
